!I’m a speech-language pathologist by day and author by night… Both are chosen fields that I love. In 2019, he dipped his toe in the book publishing world with an internship with Macmillan and instantly fell in love.
I had a very romantic idea of publishing and what editors do, and I did not know anything about literary agents. Dr. Sarah L Crow - Spokane WA, Family Practice at 104 W 5th Ave Ste 200w.
Good luck with the last few months of college! How awesome. Which was months ago. We can help! You’re super lucky to have Sara as your agent, Erin!
For the win!My current employment… hmm, I guess it’s a little bit of both. I get to listen to audiobooks all day long. T’would be a historical thriller with sci-fi and romance elements. We grow as you grow, and are devoted to maintaining a standard of excellence in content unmatched in the industry.
I am still looking for clients and do take in books that I love, but, oh, my poor slush pile.
I’m still a college student (but junior year is slipping away way too fast), and for a long time intended to be a conservation biologist upon graduating. A little romance sprinkled in there never hurts, too!Wonderful interview!
<3And I’m very excited for TAKEN and love reading these stories where two great things collide to make something even more wonderful.
Okay, so I’m a bit biased because Sara is my agent, but her bio really does speak for itself… Sara represents children’s fiction (and adult fiction and non fiction) at Harvey Klinger, Inc. I’m so looking forward to TAKEN!My literary cocktail is adventure/dystopian/romanceBefore graduating, I was sure I wanted to go to grad school for English, and then I was suddenly not so sure, and when I heard about the Radcliffe Publishing course—now Columbia—I decided to apply. My ideal literary cocktail includes a unique subject, strong characters and (of course) romance! Or fantasy/paranormal + some mystery + some romance = a happy fangirl.I sought out and worked toward my current profession as a nurse. My current profession is one that for most of my thirty-something years I never thought I wanted to do … be a stay-at-home mommy! I love working with kids but I’d like to write them stories even more. And each day I love them. TAKEN is right near the top of my list for debuts in 2013. She was always communicative and kind in our correspondence back when I was still querying.
I’m also a fan of cliffhangers when they’re part of a series, no matter how much they make me want to scream. And what lies beyond the Wall that surrounds Claysoot–a structure that no one can cross and survive. My current profession is not exactly right where I want to be. Good luck!Ooh, that cocktail sounds scrumptious!
Ms. Sara Crowe Pippin Properties, Inc. 110 W. 40th St. Suite 1704. He realized suddenly that a gigantic void existed in his (elementary school) mind: in books, you can see through the eyes of someone living in a world utterly different than your own, of someone mystified by something as banal as color.
