It was not until I saw this post that made me think to turn it off and when I did, I went through a reset and it works.How do you reset the ring doorbell? I've tried to reset it numerous times.I tried to conect my ring doorbell several times, it was not asking for the wifi password, i held down the orange button for 15 seconds to hard reset the bell, it asked for password and connected in seconds, i hope this will prevent someone from feeling the 3 hours of frustration i felt.Looking at the installation guide it seems as though it needs a 24V AC.
