Finding this post solved it! No contract, no wires, and batteries that last 2 years.
Even though they’re plugged in, I put new batteries in and then plugged the cord back in and it worked. Go to LIVE VIEW and start a live viewing ,,,you should see the IR lights easily lighting up the area and they should stay on steady the whole time.I also lost night vision on one of my Arlo Pro cameras tonight. I noticed the night vision leds were on despite the camera's ability to see the infrared light. I removed and installed the battery. Removed the camera from the base group of cameras and re-sync the camera with the base. Night vision working again with the problem camera.
I find it odd that 2 cameras would die at the exact time, but anything is possible. Anything lower than 1.3Vdc the batteries are too far gone for Blink to work. Also try unplugging your sync unit and see if it reconnects back up to the camera, also try deleting and reinstalling the app. This seems to have solved the problem and now the camera is showing the night visionNext, take the camera in a room ( dark ) and ARM the camera for motion detection... walk into the room.
