If you are getting that message when trying to access that web site, even with all extensions disabled, it is not anything Norton is doing. As you only have issues with one site, it sounds like a site specific issue.Going back to my original question, can you block certain web sites using Norton (e.g., parental controls, etc)? Doesn't seem plausible since they could just ban my account and not let me sign in. Go to my.norton.com and click Sign In. Windows 10 is like the whole program is a Beta program with all the bugs it seems to have with their updates. Are you able to get to the main page of the web site?
I don't think it can hurt your computer, but perhaps peterweb might take a look first at this link. Is it possible that Norton is somehow blocking my access to this site when using Edge (which is my default browser)?
